Courier Services
We use Call Courier, TCS, and Fastex to deliver orders across Pakistan, ensuring a smooth and timely shipping experience.
Safe Delivery Assurance
Solara Cosmetics takes full responsibility for the safe delivery of your products. In case of any damage during transit, we offer a replacement policy.
To claim a replacement:
- Customers must record a live unboxing video of the package.
- Send the video along with your replacement request to cosmeticssolara@gmail.com
This policy is in place to prevent misuse and ensure fair service for all our customers.
Order Processing & Delivery Time
- Order Handling: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday).
- Order Transit Time: After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2-4 business days within Pakistan.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Most orders are delivered within 3-6 business days, but delays may occur due to unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, strikes, or other disruptions.
